Sensor.

Continuous fluid-condition monitoring, on-stream.

In-Line Condition Sensor, Grigori monitoring sensor

Overview.

The In-Line Condition Sensor is engineered to sit directly in the fluid path, reporting condition signals continuously, on-stream, with no sampling, no decanting, and no waiting for a lab.

A stainless-steel probe extends into the fluid, while a hex flange and threaded connection allow installation into hydraulic lines, lubrication circuits, filtration skids, and bulk transfer systems. Data is streamed to the Grigori cloud platform alongside any integrated telemetry.

Built for
the field.

  • Stainless-steel construction for harsh industrial environments
  • On-stream, no sampling, no decanting
  • Continuous high-frequency sampling (options down to every 10 minutes)
  • Streams directly to the Grigori cloud platform
  • Threaded mechanical connection for in-line installation
  • Designed for African industrial operating conditions

Measured
parameters.

  • Kinematic viscosity
  • Dynamic viscosity
  • Density
  • Dielectric constant
  • Oil temperature
  • Water activity
  • Moisture content (ppm)
  • Ferrous wear debris
  • Non-ferrous wear debris
  • Wear-particle distribution (ISO 4406:2017)

Typical
deployment.

  • Hydraulic power units and circuits
  • Industrial lubrication systems
  • Filtration skids
  • Bulk diesel and lubricant transfer lines
  • Point-of-fill systems
